Joseph Jerry Dubsky, age 70, passed away on January 14th, 2022 at the Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls Center following a tragic accident.

The visitation will be Thursday, January 20 from 6-8 pm and the funeral will take place at 1:00 pm Friday, January 21 at Harrisburg Funeral Chapel  110 W Willow St Harrisburg, SD .

A  gathering for friends and family at 3pm will be at the Harrisburg Event Center following the burial at  Pleasant View Cemetery.

Joseph was born on December 19, 1951 in Fort Collins, CO.  He grew up in Casper Wyoming and went to high school in Newcastle, Wyoming .

He was a fantastic artist and a loving father and grandfather. Joseph loved to tell jokes and make people laugh.

Joseph is survived by his children:  Joseph Dubsky Jr of Harrisburg SD, James Dubsky of North Sioux City SD, Jennifer Dubsky  of Harrisburg SD, Benjamin Dubsky of Harrisburg SD, Clinton Kirk Dubsky of Tea SD , Christopher Dubsky of Seattle WA and his ex-wife Donna Dubsky.  His sisters and brothers JaNae Smith, JaNel (Doug) Dumbrill, Jay (Colleen) Dubsky,  Jeff Dubsky and Jana (Terry) Hale, and 16 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Jerry J and Janet Dubsky of David City, NE.
