Marcella “Marcy” Wika-Wesdorp went to her heavenly reward on August 16, 2022.
Celebration of life service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Anderson Jones Corcoran Harrisburg Funeral Chapel, 110 W. Willow, Harrisburg, SD.
Marcy was born in Sisseton, SD to Phillip and June Wika on November 15, 1958.
Marcy was raised on Riverside and was proud to be a member of that community.
She attended Laura B. Anderson Elementary School, Whittier and Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls.
Marcy was married to the love of her life and soulmate, Ron Wesdorp, on August 12, 1977.
They remarried in the church on their tenth wedding anniversary with their family and friends sharing in their love.
They adopted two children to share their life and love; James Wesdorp and Nicole Murray. Her Grandson Donaven was her heart. Marcy was always filling their life with the love that she had for them.
Marcy is survived by her husband Ron Wesdorp, her two children James (Katie) Wesdorp and Nicole (Dustin) Murray, and her Grandson Donaven Murray; her mother June Wika of Sioux Falls, SD; her sister Louella (LeRoy) Kellenberger all of Sioux Falls, SD; brothers Duane (Lori) Wika of Sisseton, SD; Russell (Jan) Wika of Canton, SD; Marcy’s brothers-in-law Bobby (Betty) Berge of Sioux City, IA; Reggie (Sarah) Wesdorp of Elkton, SD; Sister-in-law Renee’ (Gary) Wesdorp Kiggins of Tea, SD; and her many nieces and nephews.
Marcy is preceded in death by her father, Phillip Wika and her brother Phillip Wika, Jr. As well as her sister-in-law, Rebecca Trainor-Cooks.
Marcy has blessed our lives with her open arms, loving spirit and beautiful smile. She will be sorely missed by all.

Marcy, I never got to meet you but from the words from your husband Ron, you were an absolutely wonderful woman. Ron, although this is extremely hard for you, lean on our Savior, Jesus the Christ
